Volunteer Appreciation Reception
In conjunction with National Volunteer Week, April 21st - 27th, 2013, the Town of Sussex Community Services Department is seeking your assistance in hosting our Twenty-Second Annual Volunteer Recognition Reception.
The Reception is scheduled to take place at the All Season’s Inn Banquet Room on Thursday, April 25th, 2013at 7:00PM.
We hope that your Organization will help us to honor the work of volunteers and let them know how valuable they are to our community. We realize that every volunteer is important and it is difficult to nominate just one, so may we suggest that you choose a different volunteer each year so in time, each volunteer from your Organization may receive the recognition that they deserve. Please also keep in mind that by nominating a volunteer to receive this award, your Organization’s valuable work will be recognized at the Volunteer Recognition Reception.
A photo presentation will be incorporated into the Reception. We would like to encourage you, if possible, to send photos of your volunteers at work by attaching them below. If you don’t currently have any, there is still time since photos can be emailed to the Community Services Department up until April 15th, 2013. You may also want to include your logo or a link to a webpage where we can access the logo. Please email them to us
